The insulating glass line has been created to help enhance productivity and it also provides quality assurance on our double and triple glazed units. With less wastage produced, but an increase in productivity, the goal is to maximise all efforts towards a greener future.

Our insulating glass line provides a range of benefits. This includes advantages such as retaining the heat that is lost during the winter months in order to save energy, increase security, reduce glare, minimise noise penetration and reduce window condensation. This doesn’t just save energy, but it also provides a wealth of comfort for anything near the insulated glass.
How Insulating Glass Works
The use of clear monolithic glass accounts for not even 5% of a window’s insulation value. The remaining amount is supplied by the layers of air from the environment on each side of the glass. Since the heat flow resistance of air is much greater than that of glass, a glass unit made of two panes blocking air will have about twice the insulation value of a single pane window. This is why our double and triple glazed units are ideal for all your insulating needs.
